With this technology, we can offer you "green cleaning" meaning we use no chemicals or shampoos -- strictly hot water extraction, which is what the carpet mills recommend. We use a bio-degradable enzyme spot treatment solution for tough stains and heavy soiling. However, if we need to use the pre-treatment it is pulled back out of your carpet once we clean the treated area. We never push water through the backing and into the pad and your dry time will be about two (2) hours. If you have ceiling fans or floor fans moving over the carpet your dry time will be about an hour. Not only are your carpets clean, sanitized and look good, they also feel good!
